The mushroom hunt is like a treasure hunt – but where the map is hidden in the minds of the hunter! Luckily for us, we have two great friends whose knowledge of the land, the nature and vast years of experience, lead us on an adventure around our valley – sharing their tricks of the trade and best kept secrets!

The mushrooms we find are brought back to the village, and rustled up into something utterly delicious by our great chef Jeroen! What a way to end a busy afternoon of foraging
