Winter at Novanta
Just picture a perfect winter day – roaring fire, great book, snuggling up under a thick blanket, glass of great local wine in your hand, and the smells of a delicious dinner wafting through the ancient fattoria. This is what winter at novanta is all about! Why not take a hike up to La Verna in the crisp morning air and see the valley dusted in snow – or take a flask of vin brule and tuscan snacks down to the river … maybe you’re brave enough to take a dip?? We all do on New Years Day!
Our food plan for this season covers breakfast lunch and a 4 course dinner every day, so everything is taken care of. As always our honesty bar will be open. The price for the foodplan is €35 per adult, €15 per child under 12, and children under 4 eat for free.
There are only limited rooms with woodburning stoves so places are limited … will you join us this special holiday? Just fill in the booking form on the homepage to check our availability and reserve your room!
The dates for our Winter Special 2019 will be released in a few months time – so keep your eyes peeled! On New Years Eve we’ll light a huge bonfire, toast with prosecco and watch the fireworks in the valley from our beautiful borgo.
